Testimonials

Eric is simply wonderful to work with. Responsive, knowledgable and go extra mile to help solve the problem with you if you encounter any issue. Greally appreciate your support and thank you.

I had an exceptional experience with iSwitche, especially thanks to Eric, who went above and beyond throughout my journey. Despite nearly a year between my initial enquiry and purchase, he remained professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Whether sourcing a single replacement component or recommending an electrician and personally calling to resolve an installation issue, he never made me feel that any request was too small. He even replied to my messages on weekends! His service is exceptional and sincere. I no longer see Eric as just a supplier, but as a friend. As for JUNG, the product quality is exceptional. The switches feel solid, precise, and beautifully made. Installation can be challenging with an inexperienced electrician, but with the right person, the results are absolutely worth every penny. The quality and attention to detail genuinely elevate the everyday experience of living in my home. Exceptional products, outstanding service, and a genuine friend in Eric. Highly recommended! The only shortfall is no higher of stars rating than 5 in Google reviews!

Eric is very helpful and knowledgeable. It is a very good experience to work with him. He is very positive and entertain me though my order is small. Hope to work with Eric again. Good and quality products. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

have whatapp Eric on Sunday 13Feb2023 for urgent replacement of Berker Dimmer switch frame for Cape Royale apartment. He responded immediately and made great effort to search for identical switch frame. He charged me $13 for switch frame only. My Contractor quoted me $240 to replace the whole switch. It is a big saving for my tenant and cut down electronic wastage too. Thank you very much Eric for your professional service and support! Kor, Director, Capitalink Property
